Hi babes! We are so happy you are here. Most of our items are going to be pre order unless they are in the RTS tab! Our tat is about 10 business days to receive the items. After we receive the preorder items we will then ship them out to you all! It typically only takes a few days to get to you after that! At this time we do not offer any exchanges or returns. We have had way to many items returned damaged so for now it is best if we do not offer that. If you have any questions or concerns please email us!
